The Republicans will never help to work on behalf of the 99% they just won't. It's not in their interest. Theres no money in it for them. They don't care about Moral responsibility to their contituents...........

You apparently don't know much about the 14th Amendment. It discusses paying debt. The govt. takes in enough revenue to cover the debt. The 14th Amendment DOESN'T make any provision for funds to be spent on programs that do not contain debt. Obama can't use it to fund Obamacare or wind subsidies or the vast number of other wasteful programs he and the Democrats have initiated. It would violate the Constitution to do so. Maybe if Sen. Reid and the Democrats in the Senate would produce a budget, which they have negleted for over three year, a realistic spending plan could be put into place that wouldn't necessitate the raising of the debt limit.
