1) pass a constitutional amendment to repeal Citizens United and end corporate &quot;personhood&quot;, 
2) forbid corporations from owning other companies thus getting rid of needless, wasteful, and economically destructive buyouts, hostile takeovers, mergers and the building of conglomerates.

I would also add that we have banking alternatives now. They are locally owned, depositor owned credit unions.  People just need to USE THEM.]]></description>
