They will rate it for what it was. A warmongering administration that ignored the threats of terrorism prior to 9/11 which gave it the pretext to attack 2 other countries. Iraq and Afghanistan
An Administration which favored the fossil fuel industry thereby accelerating Climate Change. An administration that removed controls on the finance industry, almost causing total chaos in the developed as well as third world countries. An administration which shifted wealth from the ‘have nots’ and middle America, to the already rich under the mantra of ‘Trickle down Economics’. And did so in unprecedented amounts. It was an administration which preached openness while operating in secrecy and made enemies so it could justify its vast amounts squandered on security, supplied by an industry owned by its contributors.

This country would not have a problem with a deficit or any other “entitlement” programs if we put people back to work,and then the reemployed can pay into their “entitlement”programs.Who knowsmaybe if enough people go back to work and pay taxes the 1% ers may get to keep their Bush era tax breaks.

WHY THE DEBT?
In 2000, We had revenue of 20% and spending 18% of GDP. Surplus.
In 2009, we had 15% of Revenue and 25% of spending as % of GDP.
That was an increase in Spending and decline in Revenue.
Bush policies. How will historians rate his administration?
